Paper Serpents

Paper serpents are a gift from my matron goddess, Benzaiten, who sent me a portion of the conjuration method via a dream.

Part snake and part asian dragon in appearance, these serpents are a magnificent spectacle to behold. They are pure white, and can easily appear 15 to 20 feet in length, with a diameter of 1.5 to 2 feet, though these proportions are easily manipulated by the creature to appear bigger or smaller. Every little scale is made up of a piece of diamond shaped paper -- and there are thousands, maybe million, little sheets overlapping to create the beast. They are given life and purpose when the goddess touches them, placing their eyes to animate them. The serpents then glide through air weightlessly, and sometimes you can hear the soft rustling of papers blowing in the breeze.

The serpents benefit practitioners of all levels, people in art, and really, everybody else. You can evoke them to guard your sacred space. If your spellwork involves drawing images or writing, you can consecrate the paper to represent the snake, and as you mark it, the drawings or writing will transmit onto the scales of the snake. It can then take your magick much further, shedding those scales where it matters. Or even if you are simply writing a wish, an affirmation, or a petition -- the snake can take these directly to the divine, increasing your chances of manifesting your will. They also bring with them currents of inspiration for you to channel -- whether in art, music, writing, dance, or anything. They can stream in the will of the divine and help control the flow of energy in your household for better feng shui.

Because they can only be of benefit to people, and I really want people to experience the benefit, the price will remain low.

The serpent will not come with a name or description. It is up to the keeper to name them. The only exception is I will reveal the eye, which will correspond to a gemstone that my matron feels is the best stone for you and your serpent to share energy. I will not provide the stone, however.

A paper talisman will be mailed to you with the above symbol hand-written by me with magickally charged ink, spritzed with orange blossom water and charged in my amethyst cathedral. This is the "vessel" or so to speak, the anchor for your serpent. You may laminate it if you wish, but it does not need to be with you. Simply place it in a safe place in your house.
